A recent study by the International Health and Fitness Association (IDEA) suggested that 75% of people who exercise are not achieving the results they want. Of the 25% who achieve results, 90% of them are working with a personal trainer. These results are achieved by personal trainers who have the expertise, knowledge and are able to offer support.
